"Michael Hugh Stalcup, 64, of Clayton, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 08, 2023. He was the son of the late Dallas and Nettie Brendle Stalcup. Michael had worked as an explosive technician in construction.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Hugh Stalcup.
Surviving is his wife, Sara Cothren Stalcup; a daughter, Samantha Newman and husband, Timothy; a sister, Jennifer Lee and husband, Adrian; and several nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held at Maggie's Chapel at a later date.
