MRS. T. N. BLITCH
Aiken – Mrs. Edith Pearson Blitch, 58, died at the Aiken County Hospital at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. A native of George, Mrs. Blitch was the daughter of the late Moses W. and Rachel E. Pearson. She was twice married, first to the late Beulah Smith, with whom she made her home in Aiken for a number of years. After the death of Mr. Smith she was married to the late Thomas N. Bltich and made her home near Savannah, Ga., for several years. Mrs. Blitch returned to Aiken in 1958 to make her home. She was a member of St. John's Methodist Church although in failing health for several years she was seriously ill for only a few hours. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. E. R. Wheeler of Summerville and Miss Dixie E. Pearson of Savannah, Ga., and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held from the George Funeral Home chapel at 11 a.m. Tuesday by the Rev. T. C. Shuler. Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery.

Thomas C. Shuler officiating. Interment will be in Bethany Cemetery. A native of Georgia, Mrs. Blitch was the daughter of the late Moses W. and Rachael E. Pearson. She was twice married, first to the late Beulah Smith with whom she made her home in Aiken for a number of years. Following the death of Mr. Smith, she was married to the late Thomas N.
