Mrs. Annie Potz of Delhi, passed away in hospital in her 91st year. In 1952 Annie and her family immigrated to Taber, Alberta from their native Yugoslavia, finding work in the sugar beet fields. After a time, they moved to the Straffordville area of Ontario and took work in tobacco. Annie and her husband worked hard on their farm and throughout their lives, doing everything together for the benefit of one another and their family. Annie loved to work in her vegetable garden and bake; two of her specialties being tortes and black forest cake. She was a member of Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs Catholic Women's League and the Delhi District German Home Ladies Society.

Annie was the cherished wife of Matthew, with whom she was blessed to share 68 wonderful, loving years of marriage. She was the dearly loved mother of Mary Ann (late Sam), Caroline (Gilbert) and Sharron. Annie will be deeply missed by her four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored. She will always be lovingly remembered by her siblings John (Irma), Joseph (late Teresia), Katie (late Karl ) and Theresa (late Joe), many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Annie was predeceased by her brothers Adam Kleiner (1986) and Tony Kleiner (2021).
