Died at the "Bee Hive Saloon" at the corner of Milwaukee Ave (now 7th Ave) and Middle Street (50th Street) in Kenosha. The streets all changed names in the 1920's. He had an infected finger and was told to bathe it in warm water. Died of "apoplexy" at the saloon.
