WILL OF JOHN D DUNBAR - LOCATED AT THE BUCHANAN COUNTY GENEALOGY LIBRARY IN ST JOSEPH MISSOURI

WILL

I, John D. Dunbar, of the County of Buchanan, and State of Missouri, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
FIRST: I give, devise and bequeath one-fourth of my estate to my son Harry V. Dunbar.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary G Ratcliff, one-fourth of my estate.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Marguerite Allgaier, one- fourth of my estate.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Myrtle Dunbar, one-fourth of my entire estate, to have and to hold for her during her natural life. At the death of my said wife, then I desire that the one-fourth part which I have given to her shall be equally divided between the three children above named.
FIFTH: Whereby I appoint my said wife, Myrtle Dunbar, and Harry V. Dunbar, executrix and executor of this my last Will and Testament, and it is my desire that they shall not be required to give bond as such executrix and executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, this 25th day of May 1922.
