DEATH OF SEVERT GARNESS

Brother of Mrs. Joseph Jacobson Passes Away at the Latter's Home

Severt Garness, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Joseph Jacobson, 733 Webster street, this afternoon at one o'clock, a victim of tuberculosis. He was a young man, being but twenty-five years of age, and his taking away is a sad blow to his relatives. He was an orphan and had been making his home the past three years with his sister and family. He has been confined to his bed since last June and death came as a sweet relief to his suffering. He was a young man of upright character and industrious habits and was respected by all who knew him.

He was a carpenter by trade and worked with his brother-in-law up to the time of his last illness. The funeral arrangements will be announced later.
