Jon Charles Bowers, age 59, passed away at his home in Port St. Lucie, Florida on Jun 11, 2022. He was born in Owosso, Michigan on January 26,1963 to Carol Ann Rumery and George Ira Bowers. At age 6, he came to live with Cecil and Helen Bowers. He is survived by his siblings: Randy Bowers, Jody Turner, George (Tracy) Bowers Jr. Tonya (Steve) Crandell, Tony (Angela) Bowers, Tamara (Kevin) Bowers, Lonnie Bowers, and Les (Heidi) Bowers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carole and George Bowers, and Kelly Bowers, Sister-in-law. Jon had a passion for rescuing small dogs, especially Misty, Bitsy, Kasey, Lil Guy, Nina and Gizmo, and they were loved and spoiled. He graduated from Perry High School with top honors, and his career ranged from the marketing department at Goff Food Stores to GBS Excavating.
