Mrs. Josepine (Konopki) Roberts, 57, of 54 Hillside Ave., Edwardsville, died Monday morning at Nesbitt Memorial Hospital. She had been a patient three weeks.
Born July 13, 1915, in Larksville, later she moved to Edwardsville, where she lived the last 29 years. She was a member of St. Ignatius Church, Kingston.
Surviving are her husband, Walter Sr.; children, John Konopki, Shavertown; Walter Roberts Jr., Shavertown; Stanley Lasdowski, at home; Mrs. Josephine Kline, Town Hill; Mrs. Mary Diane Kuzma, Center Moreland; Mrs. Anna O'Stopick, Muhlenburg; 14 grandchildren.
The funeral will be held from S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, 530, W. Main St., Plymouth, Thursday morning at 9 with a Mass of the Resurrection at 9:30 in St. Ignatius Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Pringle. Rosary will be recited Wednesday night at 8:30. Friends may call Tuesday 7 to 10 and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 10.
