A rosary for Fred DiBella, 68, who died Sunday in a hospital, will be recited at 7 p.m. tomorrow in Berge Roberts Mortuary, where services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. DiBella was born in Matzalan, Mexico, and lived in San Diego County 60 years. He worked 13 years in maintenance at North Island Naval Air Station and later worked as a greens keeper for La Jolla Country Club. He was a former member of the South Bay Duffers golf team and a caddy for the San Diego Open.
Survivors include his wife, Cecilia; three sons, James of San Diego, Louis of Spring Valley and Robert of Florida; a daughter, Linda Garcia of San Diego; a brother, Tony, and a sister, Rosina Catanzarite, both of National City; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
