She is predeceased by her grandmother, Anna Pearl Reynolds, her beloved mother, Ruby Rose, her sister, Sally Anna Jones, and brother, Robert Allison Williams (227042159), and her son-in-law, Ronald Gary Ralston.
She leaves behind one daughter, Susan Yvonne Abernathy Ralston, and one son, Joseph Shane Abernathy and his wife, Ann Dotson Abernathy; six grandchildren and their spouses: Samuel Conrad Murphree and Ashly, Benjamin Will Ralston and Michael, Daniel Ralston, Hannah Rose Ralston Silber and James, Matthew Shane Abernathy and Tiffany, Lee Tanner Abernathy and Emily; four great grandchildren: Chondi and Daelyn Chastain, Victoria Rose Murphree, and Millie Jo Abernathy; and beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Yvonne Abernathy will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Griggs officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Burial will be at Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
