James Jesse White was the son of James E. White and his wife, Mary E. He was married to Roxie M. James on June 30, 1897.

Princess Anne County, Virginia marriage records show the following -
"Married June 30, 1897 - James J. White, single, and Roxie M. James, single - James J. White, age 19, born in and residing in Princess Anne County, Virginia, occupation Farmer, son of James E. White and his wife, Mary E. - Roxie M. James, age 20, born in and residing in Princess Anne County, Virginia, daughter of E.M. James and his wife, Matilda C."

James Jesse White was the son of James E. White and his wife, Mary E. He was married to Roxie M. James on June 30, 1897.
