Dies Of Injuries
Mrs. Evalyn Yaunt Draper, 46, of 3490 W. 1800 S., West Weber, died of injuries at her home Monday, Sept. 19, 1983.
SHE WAS born Sept. 7, 1937 in Clearfield, a daughter of Benjamin F. and Geneive Walker Yount.
She married Norman Anema. They were later divorced. She married Hal V. Draper on Nov. 21, 1969 in Roy. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.
SHE HAD been employed by the Weber School District as a teacher's aide and tutor.
She attended Clearfield Elementary School and Clearfield Junior High School and graduated from Davis High School.
SHE HAD lived in Roy.
SHE had been employed by Roy 9th LDS Ward and had served as secretary in the Relief Society presidency. She was an active member of the West Weber 1st Ward where she had served as Relief Society visiting teacher. Relief Society welfare director and welfare home management director. She was first vice captain of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Camp 34 and had served as secretary.
SURVIVING are her husband of West Weber; two daughters and two sons, Julie Ann Draper, West Weber, Norlyn Anema and Curtis N. Anema, both of Ogden and Gregory F. Anema, Indianapolis, Ind
Also surviving are one brother and three sisters, Lynn W. Yaunt, Clearfield; Mrs. Gerald (Nedra) Short, Riverdale; Mrs. Clude (Barbara) Christensen, Big Harbor, Wash.; and Mrs. Walter H. (Beverly) Riley, Layton.
FUNERAL services were held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the West Weber 1st Ward Chapel, with Bishop LeRoy W. Herick officiating. Interment was in the West Weber Cemetery
