Retired farmer of Lamont in the Town of Pike, died at the Warsaw hospital. Born in Orangeville, son of Alvin and Amanda Shipman Cook and on 12/21/1882, he married Emma Charles who died 5/7/1925. Survived by 2 daughters-in-laws, Mrs. Homer Cook of Lamont and Mrs. Alvin Cook of Wyoming; 3 grandchildren: Mrs. Stewart Grisewood of Wyoming, John R. Cook, US Navy, stationed in California, and Frederick Sewell Cook of Perry, 9 great grandchildren. Member of Pike Grange.
