D. Marcella Jones, 68, Spokane, a former Chelan resident, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 1986, at Spokane.
She was born march 7, 1918, in Nebraska and attended school at Dunlap, Iowa. She moved to Spokane from Chelan in 1954. She was employed by Sacred Heart Hospital as a supervisor in the dietary department from 1921 until 1983. She worked as a cashier for three years at the Sons of Norway in Spokane. She retired in 1985.
Mrs. Jones was a member of the Sons of Norway and past president of the Eagles Auxiliary, Aerie No. 2, Spokane.
Survivors include five daughters, Sharon L. Soule, Bremerton, Linda K. Haynes and Vicki A. Stewart, both of Spokane, Barbara L. Stinger, Seattle, and Nancy R. Givan, Wichita, Kan.; two brothers, Wayne Bennett, Manson and Robert Bennett, Tacoma; three sisters, Wanda Miller, Manson, Marjorie Chambers, Waterville and Leola Corberry, Sutton; and nine grandchildren.
Ball and Dodd Funeral, Spokane, is in charge of arrangements.
