He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and Chesaning Knights of Columbus, No. 2943. He was a retired farmer. Surviving are his wife, four sons and two daughters; Thomas and Richard, of Chesaning; Mrs. Marion Kico, of Lansing; Walter, of Flint; Mrs. Geneva Schoch of Marion and Alfred, of Flushing. Also 36 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; four brothers and two sisters; Leo, Isadore, Bernard and Alphonse, Mrs. Cecilia Wemzlick and Mrs. Esther Hemgesberg, all of Chesaning. Funeral service will be announced later by the Walker-Martin Funeral Home, Chesaning. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
