She was born in Oklahoma and moved with her family to the Chelan area in 1943.
Survivors include her son, Michael Cook of Chelan; her sisters, Gertrude Davis of Brewster, Earlene Roberts of Spokane, and Zella Murphy of Oklahoma; and a brother, James "Skip" Smith of Spokane.
