Funeral service: 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael Catholic Church, 12707 Taylorsville Rd., with entombment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Rd., Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may go to St. Michael Catholic Church.
