MONARCH, AMELIA R. ALLGEIER "MOLLY," 90, passed away Sunday January 6, 2013. Molly was a native of Louisville and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, David J. Monarch; her parents, Anthony and Agnes Bayer Allgeier; her sisters, Agnes Howard and Ann Cissell; and brothers, Anthony, Arthur, Alfred, Adolph, and Armand Allgeier. Amelia is survived by her daughter, Barbara Morton; granddaughter, Dr. Laura Morton; and sisters- in- law, Anna and Marion Allgeier. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3926 Poplar Level Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and after 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ratterman & Sons 3800 Bardstown Road. Memorial gifts in Amelia's name may be made to Mass of the Air, Holy Family Catholic Church or Hosparus of Louisville.
