Anna Faye Carroll, 65, of Joplin, Mo., died on Jan. 28, 2008, at Freeman Health System in Joplin. She was born on Sept. 5, 1942, in Morrilton, Ark., to the late William Wise and Glinnie Mackey. She enjoyed gardening, cross-stitching, helping people and spending time with her grandkids. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; one son, James Leroy Dean; and one granddaughter, Cynthia Reed. She is survived by one son, Everett Dean and Maranda, of Berryville, Ark.; four daughters, Anna Marie Westfall and husband, Carl, of Joplin, Donna Henman and husband, Bruce, of Rogers, Ark., Brenda Hutchins and husband, Michael, of Joplin, and Sandra Wolfe, of Joplin; three brothers, Irvin Wise, of Rogers, Donnie Wise and Pauleeta, of Rogers, and Ricky Wise, of Joplin; one sister, Frances Alton, of Rogers; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 31, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, of Rogers. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 1, at 10 a.m. at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers with Pastor Charles Schenck officiating. Burial will take place in Tuck's Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
