Funeral services for Alice Hearne, 67, of West Monroe, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 10, 2022 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe. Pastor Zach Anderson will officiate and interment will follow at Chatham Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at the funeral home.
Alice was born on December 17, 1954 in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away after a lengthy illness on August 7, 2022 in Monroe, Louisiana. She was a member of Cheniere Baptist Church. Alice retired from Atmos Energy, after 30 plus years of service. Her greatest love was spending time with family and attending all activities that involved her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, John L. Hearne; parents, John W. King and Mary Parker King.
Alice is survived by her children, Kristi L. Martin and husband Casey, Jason Linzay and wife Susan; grandchildren, Zac Richardson, Cam Martin, Blake Linzay, Katelyn Linzay; sisters, Peggy Rogers, Marty Jinks, Lori Pringle; brother, Richard King; and many other cherished family and friends.
