Earl Henry Ferrell
Earl Henry Ferrell, age 80 of Rogersville, died Friday, January 25, 2008 at his residence following an extended illness.
He was owner/operator of Ferrell's Well Drilling for over 46 years and a member of East Rogersville Baptist Church.
Mr. Ferrell was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Wood Ferrell; parents, Marion and Gertrude Archer Ferrell; sisters, Carrie Davis and Lula Absher; brothers, Bill Ferrell, Roy Ferrell, Paul Ferrell, George Ferrell, Carson Ferrell.
He is survived by his sons, Marion W. Ferrell and wife, Belinda of Knoxville, Clark E. Ferrell and wife, Debbie of Kingsport, Arthur A. Ferrell, E. Douglas Ferrell and wife, Stacy both of Rogersville; granddaughters, Alisha Ferrell Barnette, Shanna Ferrell and Ariel Ferrell; great-granddaughters, Hailey Ferrell, Bethany Barnette, Lacey Barnette and Abby Barnette; sisters-in-law, Hazel Ferrell of Rogersville and Blanche Ferrell of Johnson City; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.
Funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 P.M., Sunday, January 27, 2008 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Wayne Ferrell and Rev. Dale Ferrell officiating. Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, January 28, 2008 at Howe's Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
