Professional Windsurfer. A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she was considered a pioneer of Brazilian windsurfing. A former chemical engineer, Bria took an interest in sports while still in college. Highly influenced by her then boyfriend she practiced and became involved in windsurfing, and went onto win six national championships between 1990 and 1995, and three South American Championship titles. Her career also led her to pose for Playboy in 1993, and Sexy Magazine in 1998, and also to participate in several television programs including the Total Sport, the Band, and Sportv. She was killed in a car accident.
