Alma Willa Sadler, 90 of McConnell, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Teays Valley CAMC in Teays Valley, WV. Born June 19, 1932 in Pikeville, KY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Janie Mounts Francis. Alma was also preceded in death by her husband Douglas Sadler, one son Christopher Douglas Sadler, one daughter Terry Ann Workman, and one granddaughter Candice Workman.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter Cathy (Bob) Johnston of Eleanor, brothers Winfield (Brenda) Francis and Danny (Faye) Francis, one sister Gaynelle (Charles) Ball, grandchildren Gregory (Chasity) Workman, Douglas Workman, Sean (Jessica) Calloway, Robert (Nicolina) Johnston, great grandchildren Aidan Workman, Corrine Workman, Makayla Workman, Morgan Workman, Tristan Calloway, Alec Calloway, Isabella Johnston, Christopher Johnston, Liliana Johnston and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will held Monday, July 18, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Highland Memory Gardens in Chapmanville, WV, with Rev. Keith McClung officiating.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the McConnell Tabernacle in McConnel, WV.
