Funeral services for Charles Edgar Francis, 123 South Adams St., who died at the Empire-Reeves Steel plant following a heart attack Sunday afternoon, will be conducted at the J.H. Fine-Frock & Sons Funeral Home Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. by the Rev. Stanley B. Sams, pastor of the Free Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
Mr. Francis was born in Kentucky July 6, 1906 and has been a resident of Mansfield since 1947.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mae Francis; two daughters, Mrs. Douglas Sadler of Switzer, W.Va and Miss Gaynell Francis of Landville, W.Va; two sons, Winfield E. Francis of Mansfield, and Danny Lee Francis of Landville, W.Va, and one granddaughter.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
