He was born in Joliet and a lifelong area resident. A graduate of Lockport Township High School, Class of 1956.
Roger was a United States Air Force Veteran. He had a passion for flying his private plane for many years. As a Teamster's Union member, he worked for 40 years in the transportation industry.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years, Katherine (nee Cafaro); his father, William F. Rademacher his mother, Honora E. (Cavanaugh) Rademacher Brooks; siblings, Kenneth Rademacher, Paul Rademacher, Elaine Whalen, Catherine Rademacher and Lee Rademacher.
Roger is survived by his devoted son, Christopher 'John' Rademacher; his siblings, Jean (Curt) Thomas of California, Gerald (Debbie) of Joliet, Mary (Bill) Scheidt of Scottsdale, Keith (Beth) of Aurora, John (Helen) of Morris, Denise (Frank) Stec of Florida.; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
