Kenneth L. Crites, 80, of Little Birch, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at the Webster County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on June 30, 1935 in Sutton, WV to the late Howard Crites and Macel (Barnett) Crites. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Crites, formerly of Sutton, WV.
He is survived by three sisters, Irene Crites of Sutton, WV, Barbara Coffman and husband Kenneth of Little Birch, WV and Kathy Helmick and husband Pete of Sutton, WV. Also surviving are children Kenneth and Christine Crites and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was a Baptist by faith and enjoyed spending time in the outdoors. He loved to fish, hunt and ginseng. He also enjoyed watching the Larry King show.
There will be a private graveside service on Friday, October 8, 2015 at the Barnett Cemetery, Birch River, WV with the Revered Lynn Schiefer officiating. Words of comfort and memories may be expressed to the family at stockert-paletti.com.
