Ann Maynard Conner, a precious child of God, went to join her Lord in Heaven on July 1, 2022.

Ann loved the Lord and everyone she met. Her love, laughter, and caring ways will be missed by her family and many friends. Ann was baptized in October 1952 while pregnant with her first child, Wayne. Pastor Earl Wilson said he "baptized one and got two". Ann was a member of only one church, Black Oak Heights Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by husband, John H. Conner Jr.; daughter, Lauryl "Laurie" Ann Harless; parents, C.H. "Monk" Maynard and Laura Maynard Culvahouse; brothers, Charles Maynard, Don Maynard; father and mother-in-law, John H. and Glennie Mae Conner; sister-in-law, Bobbie Conner.

Survivors include her daughter, Rebecca Cook; sons, Wayne (Christi) Conner, Randy "Byrd" (Cherrie) Conner; son-in-law, Sonny Harless; grandchildren, Brian and Stephanie Conner, Matthew (Kenya) Cook and Keith (Vanessa) Cook, Amber (Jeremy) Ferrell and Johnathan Vandergriff, Cheryl (Zach) Lakins, Danielle (Steven) Davis, and Maddison Conner; great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Lane, Norris, Dagean (Megan), Bryson (Jadie), Tanner, Chelsey, Haley F, Haley H, Jamison, Landon, Kent, Braden, Caroline, and Palmer; great-great grandchild, Kendall and great-great granddaughter, Lakelynn Ann, will join the family in December; one sweet sister, Betty Ruth McKenzie and brother, Teddy (Barbara) Mathis; many nieces, nephews and cousins; along with many kids that adopted her as "Granny Ann"; also including her many special friends in her Willing Workers Sunday School Class.

The family welcomes you to join them in fellowship and reflection over the many great memories on Tuesday, July 5th at 9:30 a.m. at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with graveside services to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Pastor Todd Stinnett officiating.
