Charles Everett Naylor was born on September 14, 1943 in Massillon, Ohio, to Dr. Everett and Dorothy (Armstrong) Naylor. He passed away suddenly on June 27, 2022 at his home in Plano, Texas.

He graduated from Jackson Memorial High School in 1961. He went to Kent State University and graduated in 1965 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics.

He moved his family from Ohio to Texas in 1977 and worked for Southland Corporation. During his career as a Senior Oracle Developer and Administrator, he also worked at Nortel Networks and XO Communications. He had many certifications and enjoyed a successful career in I.T.

Charles is survived by two sons and one daughter; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; three siblings; one sister-in-law; the mother of his children; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Philip Naylor, grandson John Ian Moren, brother-in-law John Platt, and aunt Jane Healey.

Private services are being held by the family. An inurnment will be at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Columbarium.
