5 Sep 1969: Martha Keeney, 224 N. Chestnut St., Palmyra, died Thursday afternoon in Harrisburg Hospital. Ill for the last three months, she was 66. Born in Heilmandale, she was a daughter of the late Samuel W. and Elizabeth Kathleen Heilman. Her husband, Roy M. Keeney, died in 1967. A member of Hill United Church of Christ, Palmyra, she also belonged to Ladies Bible Class & Christian Laity. Mrs. Keeney was a member of the Palmyra chapter of WCTU. Surviving are daughter Betty, wife of Harry M. Behney, Lebanon RD 4; sisters Sarah, wife of John Hunberger, and Naomi, wife of Henry Drescher, both of Palmyra; Ruth, wife of Clarence Fake, Lickdale; Catherine, wife of Ross Albert, Lebanon, and Mary, wife of Joseph Kramer, Cleona; brothers Harold and Jacob Heilman, both of Palmyra; Samuel Heilman, Lebanon, and Alfred, Raleigh, NC.
