Lerlene Jobe was born on June 14, 1932 in McArthur, Arkansas to Major and Lucy Lurlene (Huggins) Minchew. She married Earl Dean Jobe on January 14, 1951 in Dermott, Arkansas. After Earl was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 1955, he and Lerlene moved to Blair where they lived together for over 60 years. She worked alongside Earl with their farming operation, a shed and trailer business, and Jobe's Catfish Kitchen before they retired. Lerlene loved to host family get togethers, gardening, selling home interiors, playing bingo, and going to casinos.
Her husband, Earl; parents, Major and Lucy; and 10 siblings preceded her in death.
