From the 4/13/1916 Van Wert, Ohio Republican: "After an illness of several weeks, of grippe, William Terrell, an aged inmate at the Van Wert county infirmary, dropped dead Thursday morning. Death was due to an attack of heart trouble. Mr. Terrell was formerly a resident of Union township, and of this city, but had lived at the infirmary for about four years. He was well known, having been a member of the Salvation Army for many years. Funeral services were held Friday at the Infirmary. Burial in the cemetery nearby." Thanks to a Van Wert angel for the obituary.
