Harry N Hull, 90 of Weatherford, TX. took his first breath in paradise on June 9, 2022, following a brief illness. Harry was born January 7, 1932, in Parker County, the son of AO and Maudie Reddell Hull. He was given the nickname "Sonny" at an early age and that is what most of his family called him.
He was a man of great faith and known to be hardworking all his life. He excelled at everything he did.
He never met a stranger. Harry made new friends on a daily basis. He very quickly earned their respect too. When Harry wasn't at work or at the stockyards, he still kept busy. In his younger years it was coaching baseball. He also enjoyed hunting, back roading and stopping to read historical markers but more than reading about Texas history, he read his bible. If you knew Harry, you know what a great prayer warrior he was. He was often the first one called when someone needed prayer.
Harry loved his family but above all things he loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He never missed an opportunity to share the word of God. He enjoyed singing gospel music. Harry always had a smile on his face and something to say that would brighten your day.
Harry retired from the CD Hartnett Co after 47 years of service. He remained in the cattle business until the time of his death. It has been said that he probably sold more cattle than he did groceries, and he was chosen as outstanding salesman many times throughout his career.
Harry went home to Jesus and was reunited with his parents, AO and Maudie Hull,
daughters; Edith Askins, Cynthia Alamia, Karen Geitner, Ronda Hull, and Lydia Gonzales, grandson; Landen McAllister and a whole family of loved ones that were called before him.
Those left to cherish his memory are:
A daughter; Patty Gonzales (Hector) of Mineral Wells, 4 sons; Harry L Hull (Jan) of Greenville, Floyd Hull (Gail) of Weatherford, Douglas Hull (Sherry) of Sanger, Michael Hull (Chrissy) of Sanger, a sister; Alice Carr, 4 brothers; John Hull (Stella), Tom Hull, Darrell Hull (Lynda), and Pat Hull.
30 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends, including his best friend, Coy Carter of Weatherford.
