Cynthia Hull Alamia, 58, was guided March 21, 2015, by her Heavenly Father to a blessed family reunion.

This family reunion is the one she has been preparing for all of her life, for it is taking place in Heaven. “Cissy” is singing with the angels and dancing on streets of gold. Music and shouts of hallelujah are filling her ears. She is now at the right hand of the Lord.

Service is 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, in the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm St., Weatherford, TX 76086, with interment to follow at Johnson Cemetery in Dennis. A visitation is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel.

Cynthia Diane Hull was born Feb. 27, 1956, in Weatherford to Harry N. and Mary Hull. She was raised and lived in Parker County until enlisting in the military at age 17. Cis truly loved serving her country. She enjoyed it so much that she made it her career. After many accolades and 23 years of service to our country, she wanted to be closer to her family so she retired and came “home” to Texas. She ultimately began working for the Department of Homeland Security, which is where she was employed at the time of her death. Cissy never boasted about her career achievements but instead would thank those who helped her along the way.

Left to cherish her memory are her father, Harry N. Hull of Weatherford; siblings and spouses, Harry Hull (Jan) of Lake Tawakoni, Floyd Hull Gail of Weatherford, Lydia Gonzales (Rey) of Krum, Patty Gonzales (Hector) of Mineral Wells, Douglas Hull (Sherry) of Krum and Michael Hull (Chrissy) of Sanger; stepsons, Nick Alamia, Michael Alamia (Ashlii), and Jonathan Alamia; two grandchildren, Bella and Vicente Alamia; numerous nieces, nephews and friends; and her beloved chihuahua, Baby Girl.

Reuniting with her in Heaven are her daughter, Rebecca Diane; her mother, Mary Hull Hobbs; three sisters, Edith Askins, Ronda Hull and Karen Geitner; and one nephew, Landen Ryan McAllister.

Cissy’s family and friends will cherish her warm heart, witty conversations and Dr. Alamia attitude. But most of all, we will cherish the love and caring way she treated every one of those she loved. “If more of us had Cissy’s outlook on life, the world would be a better place!”
