Jimmy "Bo" Benge of Ronda passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Bo was born October 25, 1944 in Surry County to William Bascomb and Bessie Harris Benge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Benge of the home; daughter, Karen Benge Shelton and partner Charlie Cannon of Elkin; sister, Pauline Noah and husband Johnny of King; and a granddaughter.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel.
