A. O. Young Is Taken By Death
Anthony O. Young, better known to his many friends as "Otto", died Thursday morning at the Barrett hospital where he was taken the day before in a serious condition. He had been ill but a short time.
A resident of the county for the past 15 years, he had worked on a number of ranches of the community and was considered an experienced sheepman. This winter, however, he was employed at the Dillmont.
He was born 56 years ago in Gilmore, Ohio, but came west when a young man and spent a number of years in Oregon before coming to Montana. Popular and well liked, he made many friends who were shocked to learn of his untimely passing.
He is survived by his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Ried HIbbard, who resides in Oregon, a brother M. L. young of Milegrove, Md., and another, "Si" Young, noted American League pitcher of the past decade, who now resides in Newcomerstown, Ohio. Funeral arrangements have not been made pending word from relatives.
