Mr. Chad Ballew, age 46 of Chatsworth entered Heaven on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Erlanger Medical Center after a courageous battle with Esophageal Cancer. He was raised the son of Randy and Diane Harris. He was a loving husband for 25 years and has now been reunited with his bride.
Chad's love of the mountains was apparent to all who knew him, and he especially enjoyed it with his wife. They fished, hiked, and loved the creek. A consistent participant of River Alive clean up, he was always doing his part to keep it beautiful. He prided himself on being a loving father, son, brother, and friend. He was always there to lend a hand when needed, and quietly donated time and supplies to help those in need alongside his dad. Many referred to them as the "Bob and Bill Show" for good reason. While working with family is hard for some, it only strengthened their bond.
Waiting on him in Heaven was his wife, Susan Ballew; father, Alan Ballew; grandparents, Raymond and Glenda Ballew, as well as Frank and Jenny Flood.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Chad Ballew will be held Thursday June, 2, 2022 at 12:00pm from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cochran officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
