Graveside services for Joyce L. Miller will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2000, at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Paul McDowell, Asbury United Methodist Church, officiating.

Mrs. Miller was born Dec. 22, 1925, in Ardmore, to Arch Alexander and Dessie V. Bowling. She died June 11, 2000, in a local health care facility.

Joyce had lived in Ardmore most of her life and was employed by AT&T for 29 years before she retired in March of 1984. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church Eastern Star and Telephone Pioneers of America. Her stepfather was the late Curtis C. Bailey.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Curtis Wayne and Annette Miller of Ardmore; a grandson, Paul Edward Miller of Toledo, Ore.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Bobbie and Jim Watts of Ardmore, and Donna and Gary Maynard of Norman; three nephews, Michael Watts, Corey Watts and Travis Maynard; and three nieces, U.J., Mika and McKenzie.

Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home will direct services.
