Mr. J. D. Goulds, age 79, of Millers Creek died Sunday, December 29, 2002 at Britthaven Nursing Home.
Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park.
Mr. Goulds was born January 15, 1923 in Watauga County to Lee and Chanie Greene Goulds.
Before retiring, he worked for Queen Bess Dairy for approximately 10 years.
He was a truck driver for Key City Furniture for 10 years and for Tyson Foods, Inc. for 25 years.
Mr. Goulds was a member of Friendly Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by: his wife, three sons, one sister, one brother, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
