Sandy spent her childhood on many ranches in California, New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma. She graduated high school in Boise City in 1969. She was voted Vica Sweetheart by the auto mechanic's class. She then attended Amarillo School of Cosmetology and later taking secretarial classes from Seward Community College where she earned her para-legal degree from the University of Southern Colorado.
Sandy married Eddie Miller at the Methodist Church in Turpin, OK on December 19, 1969. They were blessed with two children, Cory and Shawn. Sandy always kept busy helping and working at Coly's Store, The Boise City Vet Clinic, Chuck and Sandy Hawkins, the abstract office and then Loofbourrow and Loofbourrow Law Office, which later became Manske Law Office, P.C. She worked at the law office for over 40 years.
Sandy fought the good fight against cancer form 2012 until she lost that battle on October 21, 2021, in Dalhart, TX. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents Bob and Vera (Skelton) Morris, one son, Shawn and niece Wendy Spears.
She is survived by her daughter, Cory, brother David (Jody) Morris, sister Cheri Spears. one granddaughter, Tara Lakely and one grandson, Hayden Lakely and many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Her services were held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Kenton United Methodist Church with Pastor Trevor Bulls officiating.
