Elizabeth Astor Standerfer Rudd was born 1870, Blue
Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Daughter of John Newton and
Calidona Standerfer. Elizabeth left the Powells River
near Jonesville, Virginia with her parents and went to McKinney, Texas in 1876.
Elizabeth Married August 14 1887 McKinney, Texas Y. C. Rudd.
They moved to Indian Territory in fall of 1901.
Children: Johnnie a daughter, Lloyd S. died in WWI. in France. Nannie Bogle, Clifton C. Mary Ledbetter, Louis Rudd,
and Beulah Vaughan, and Tom Rudd, Jenny Johnston, Lela Bell
Johnston, Sherman Rudd, and Jim Rudd.
