Debra Slone Bentley, 48, died Friday, July 27th. She was born in Jefferson County and was a homemaker. She was also a member of the Vine Street Baptist Church in Louisville.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Bentley of Mt. Eden; her daughters, Stephanie Moore of Louisville and Mary Ann Chappell of Shelbyville; her son, Eric Bentley of Bloomfield; her mother and stepfather, Brenda and Henry Dewald of Louisville; her brother, David Slone of Louisville; and 4 grandchildren.
The funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Shannon Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Temple, Jr. officiating. Visitation: 2-9 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in the Upper Briar Ridge Cemetery in Spencer County.
Expressions of sympathy may be made toward the cost of the funeral bill.
