Stanley T. Marowski, 127 Gilligan Street, City, died this morning at 5:05 in Wyoming Valley Hospital, where he was admitted March 22 as a medical patient.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he resided in the city most of his life. He attended Wilkes-Barre schools.
Mr. Marowski was employed as a fireman for 15 years by the Inter-Lake Steam Ship Company, Cleveland, Ohio, retiring in 1962. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church and its Holy Name Society.
Surviving are his wife, the former Constance Gornetski; one grandson and two great-grandchildren; brother, Albert, Wilkes-Barre, a printer for the Times-Leader, The Evening News; numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the Nat Funeral Home, Park Avenue and South Street, where friends may call Sunday night, 7 to 10, and thereafter, 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p. m.
