Funeral services for Benjamin L. Dutton, 81, will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 from Andrson's Home for funerals with Father Carl Kurt officiating. Burial will be in St. Mark's Catholic Cemetery.
Mr. Dutton died Tuesday evening at Ellsworth hospital after a lingering illness.
He was born May 28, 1882, near Alden, the son of John Clinton and Mary Elizabeth Nott Dutton. On June 21, 1905, he was married to Miss. Jessie Hensing at Iowa Falls.
During his lifetime he held various jobs in this area.
Survivors are his wife, three sons, three daughters, a sister and a brother.
The sons are LeRoy C. of Chicago, Joheph W. of Wilton Junction and Frank of Iowa Falls. The daughters are Sister Mary Joachum, RSM, of Mrs. Valley City, North Dakota, Mrs. Charles B. (Lucille) Caldon of Barstow, Calif., and Sister Mary Agnita, RSM, of Joplin, Mo.
The brother is Buron of Minnesota and the sister is Mrs. Maude Cochran of Illinois.
One son, Charles J., preceded him in death.
