Earl Beavers, age 76, of Russellville, died Thursday, November 7, 2002, at the Dardanelle Hospital. A son of the late Floyd and Nellie Harris Beavers, he was born August 16, 1926, in Pope County. He was a retired automobile mechanic, and was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife, Becky Beavers; two brothers: Lawrence Beavers of Dover; and Roy Gene Beavers of Russellville; and several nephews and nieces.
Graveside service and burial will be 2 P.M., Saturday, November 9, 2002, at Pisgah Cemetery near Pottsville, with Rev. Charles Bradley officiating. Arrangements are by Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
Active pallbearers will be Mike, Gene, Chris and David Beavers, Reginald Kolb and Doug Petty.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening, from 7 to 8 P.M., at the funeral home.
