Born March 28, 1948 in Norton, Virginia to the late Lawrence and Chloe Neeley Wells of Asco, Shelia attended Davy Junior High School and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, wife and friend.
Preceded in passing by her parents, one son, Kirk "Roy" Cline; two brothers: Lawrence "Bud" Wells and Edward "Fuzz" Wells; one sister, Tammy Wells and stepfather, Bobby Adams.
Burial at the Asco Community Cemetery in Asco.
