Larry E. Ackerley, 63, of Jessica Drive, North Syracuse, died Friday at Rosewood Heights Health Center, Syracuse. He was born in Margaretville. He retired in 1990 after 30 years as a graphic arts specialist with General Electric. He was an Army veteran. Survivors: His wife of 34 years, the former Kathryn Panek; two daughters, Diane Ackerley and Karen Cusano, both of Clay; three sisters, Linda Rosa of Oneonta, Donna Burgin of Delhi and Carol Dibble of Bloomville; a brother, Gerald of Andes; one grandchild. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Fergerson Funeral Home. Burial, Our Lady of Peace Cemetery. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 215 S. Main St., North Syracuse. Contributions: Hospice of Central New York, 990 W. Seventh St., Liverpool 13088.
