Fred Toler, 57, 1130 Sparks Road, died 4:05 p.m. Monday in the State Tuberculosis Hospital in Paris.
He was a former employee of the State Highway Department, a native of Lee County, son of the late Mart and Rosie Barrett Toler.
Survivors: one son, Fred Toler, Jr.; two daughters, Vera Lou and Verna Sue Toler, all of Lexington; four brothers, Robert, Hubert, Seldon, and James Toler, all of Sand Gap, Ky.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Barrett, Booneville, Ky.
Services 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kerr Brothers, Rev. Jeffery Simpson officiating, burial in the Cole Cemetery, Beattyville, Ky. Pallbearers, Robert, Hubert, Seldon and James Toler, Terry Chrisman and Charles Newsome. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today.
