Edith F. Breland , 60, of Orland Park, IL. died on Saturday January 12, 2013. Edith was born to Beason and Theo Breland (Nelson) on August 29, 1952 in Texas City, TX. She was a beautiful woman with an outgoing personality and she touched so many lives throughout her years. She was an operator for Southwestern Bell for 17 years and her grandchildren were her pride and joy. Edith is survived by her daughter, Nicole Crittenden (Roach) of Rosenberg, TX. and 2 sons, Christopher (wife VonDell) of Milwaukee, WI. and Anthony (wife Kimberly) of Orland Park, IL. She had 7 grandchildren: Taylor, Skylar and Devyn of Rosenberg, TX. and Britny, Teddy, Logan and Cheyenne of Orland Park, IL. Edith was one of 10 children. She is survived by her brothers Gerald, Pat and Rick and her sister Betty. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Ralph, Leo, Jack and Jimmy Dale, and her sister Madge. A memorial will take place at Old French Cemetery in Biloxi, MS. on March 15, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. where she will be laid to rest alongside her parents and her brother.
