Dollie Elizabeth Boswell Potter, age 93, of Currie, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilington, NC.

She was born on August 4, 1928 in Wilmington, NC. to the late Dorse B. Boswell and Carrie E. Hicks Boswell.

Dollie worked in Spofford Cotton Mills and DePucla? Kitting Mills until the company went out of business.

Dollie had no children but many nieces and nephews, which she was known as "Aunt Bet." She Loved them as they Loved Her. They Knew Aunt Bet always had there back. She was like a second grandmother to them. She was a special lady that loved the Lord. She will be greatly missed.

Rest in Peace my dear sister, you earned it. Be safe in the arms of Jesus. I love you, Barrie B. Malpass.

Dollie is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Carrie B. Malpass and Eugene Malpass, with whom she made her home.

Dollie was preceded in death by her brothers, Buddy Boswell, Ardell Boswell, Robert Boswell, and Dorse Jr. Boswell; and sisters, Ollie Mae Blanton, Nellie Ray Bollinger, Ida Pearl Fales, and Fannie Mae Stephenson.
