"Mr. Wade Buffington and Mrs. Mattie Reynolds were married Sunday afternoon at 3:30 at the home of Mr. Lewis Butterworth, just southeast of the city, by Rev. A. F. Nunn.
At same time and place by same minister, Mr. Spurgeon Wade and Miss Alice Butterworth were joined in wedlock.
These young people are members of Hall's best families."

He was a retired pipe fitter.
Surviving is a son, R. E. Buffington of Miami. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Friday at the Philbrick funeral home.
Burial will be in Flagler Memorial Park."
